Free Travel for Disability Badge Holders

We're happy to announce that holders of a Blue Disability Badge travel for free on the Luton DART. Follow the steps below to access your complimentary rides.

How it works

  1. Register your Concession account
    Fill in the registration form below and upload a copy of your valid Disability Badge. It only takes a few minutes to complete.
  2. Approval
    Your application will be reviewed within 3 working days, and you’ll receive an email once approved.
  3. Book your free tickets
    Log in to your concession account at any time to book your free travel tickets.

No, concession tickets are only available online via lutondart.com. They are not available at station ticket machines.

You’ll need to provide a copy of your valid Blue Disability Badge when completing the application form.

You can download up to 4 tickets at a time, which is enough for 2 return journeys on the DART.
