At Luton DART, we’re proud to support our local community by offering half-price travel exclusively for residents living within the Luton Borough Council area.

How it works

  1. Register your Concession account
    Fill out the registration form below and upload one valid proof of address. Accepted documents include:
    • Driver’s Licence
    • Council Tax Bill
    • Utility Bill
  2. Approval
    Our team will review your application within three working days. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  3. Book your discounted tickets
    Log in to your concession account anytime to access and purchase your half-price tickets.

No, concession tickets are only available online. They are not available at station ticket machines.

You can download up to 4 tickets at a time, which is enough for 2 return journeys on the DART.
